The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new appliances, modern cabinetry, and everything you need to cook and serve meals, including dishes, glassware, and essential cookware. Just beyond, the inviting living area includes a dining table that seats 4–6 guests, a comfortable queen-size pullout sofa, and a 4K flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

The suite includes two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Each bedroom is outfitted with luxury linens and its own flat-screen TV, creating private, restful retreats. Both full bathrooms feature custom tile, walk-in stall showers, plush towels, and hotel-style toiletries for a spa-like experience.

Step outside to enjoy the charming front porch with seating or unwind in the private, walled backyard, beautifully landscaped for a peaceful escape in the city. The driveway accommodates one mid-size vehicle, adding valuable convenience downtown!

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
