„The house was small and cozy and had everything we needed. The lication was oerfect for visiting nearby attractions uncluding historic Harpers Ferry. The pool was pristine and perfect for an afternoon swim!“

„The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools.“

„Awesome weekend. Host was terrific and attentive to our needs. The host even dropped off fresh vegetables from his garden for us which were delicious. Deck is great for relaxing and watching the ducks swim in the river. “

„Ethan and his family werevery gracious and answered all our questions. We were surprised to be on th side of a mountain but our four wheel drive was handy plus 15 minute drive into Harpers Ferry was nice so it was quiet and peaceful. Lots of deer to watch!! Easy to relax!! Our only suggestion would be a small dresser maybe under thevTV and few more hooks for clothing since there is no closet. The kichen, bath and sleeping area were good. We enjoyed our stay in the peace and quiet!! Thank you ...

„This is a beautiful home in a secluded neighborhood with access to the Potomac River. The house is about 10 minutes from all of the things you would want to do in the Harper’s Ferry Historic area. The house is furnished and decorated very nicely and the kitchen has everything you will need for preparing & serving meals. It is a very peaceful location with lots of deer and opportunities to relax. “

„Our stay here was outstanding. The house was clean, spacious, and close to many shops/restaurants. Our first evening we spent in downtown Winchester which was an easy drive from the home. The next day was spent at the Virginia Scottish Games, about 35 minutes away. The house was definitely worth the stay! We had a great time. It was even one of the best smelling houses we had ever rented! 100% recommend and would stay again. “

„Beautiful home! Very clean with lots of fun antiques. Comfortable chairs for chatting in the living room, new-looking window A/C units in each bedroom, and we loved all of the quilts! Kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed and more. Great experience and great hostess!“

„Great location to go kayaking, rafting or tubing. Very convenient to Harper's Ferry Historical Park. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of friendly deer. Beautiful view from the back deck and the perfect place for our 2 dogs.John was very accommodating and responsive. Beds were comfortable and the young adults enjoyed their space in the basement to hang out, watch TV, play video games or exercise.Would stay again.“
