Enter the ground floor to find a large, airy living room with a sofa and two armchairs, the dining area, with seating for ten, and a second lounging area with a comfortable sofa and a 65-inch smart TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen, designed for both functionality and style, offers direct access to the outdoor pool area. The ground floor also hosts three bedrooms; one with a king-size bed, and two with queen-size beds, all equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning.

First Floor:
The first floor includes four additional bedrooms: one featuring a king-size bed and the others with queen-size beds. This level also includes a kitchenette with adjacent washer and dryer nook, a dedicated workspace, and a living area with a sofa, two armchairs, and a 50-inch smart TV. Leading from the living area, a spacious balcony with comfortable seating for ultimate relaxation offers stunning views of Souda Bay, The White Mountains, and the villa’s grounds and swimming pool.

The beautiful 55-square-meter infinity pool includes a kiddie-pool, and the pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, and a shower. A shaded dining table area accommodates 14 guests, and the outdoor kitchen features a gas BBQ, a sink, and a fridge.
