The farmhouse is located in a particular panoramic position on the slopes of Monte Cetona. The farmhouse, in stone, probably an ancient fortified farm, has been completely renovated in recent months, with great respect for the pre-existing architecture and original materials. The pool is also placed in a breathtaking position over the valley.

Granaio with 6 beds on the ground floor, consisting of a living-dining room with a fireplace and a kitchenette with an oven, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom with a bunk bed, two bathrooms with showers, one of which is suitable for disabled guests.
Cocciano with 5 beds on the ground floor, consisting of a living-dining room with a fireplace and a kitchenette, an oven, and access to an internal courtyard; on the first floor, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a triple bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
Loggia with 7 beds on the first floor, consisting of a living-dining room with a kitchenette with a fireplace, an oven, and access to an external loggia with a panoramic view; one triple bedroom, one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower; on the second floor, a twin bedroom with a fireplace, and a bathroom with a shower.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning/heating is not included in the price and will be payable on the spot according to consumption.
Upon arrival, guests must hand over a security deposit of € 500.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Crib € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
