„The hotel is well located with short walls to the Duomo and shopping areas. The location is secure though there are no staff available at night. The entry procedure was explained well and we had no trouble accessing our room. Minor concern is that a street trolley regularly traverses the Piazza and is quite audible even up on the seventh floor. The hotel does provide ear plugs which is a nice touch. Bathroom was clean and well appointed“

Breakfast area on the second floor serves a good spread every morning. The palazzo was better than " four star" hotels we have stayed in during our trip around Italy this year. Staff on site only part of the day but no issues with access. Barbara sends all required info by email well in advance. We loved Bergamo and our stay in Porta Picta!“

„Sehr schöner Garten!“

„Clean room close to train station. But there was no hot water the 1 night I stayed. The staff knew about the problem and were trying to fix it. No shower the next day.“
