„Alles war sehr gut. Nur, dass wir unsere Pässe im Safe vergessen haben und wir nach 10 tagen merkten das es im Hotel ist und obwohl wir eine Mitgliedschaft bei denen haben uns nicht mal Bescheid gegeben wurde. Leider mussten wir 10 mal anrufen und an 4 verschiedenen Orten fahren (4 verschiedenen Polizeistationen) um unsere Pässe zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation war nicht so, sonst alles sehr gut“
