„Fue una excelente experiencia , el lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y la seguridad es algo muy importante para la administration del hotel. Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa. La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente. “

„Hidden gem in San Antonio neighborhood. The staff is great (especially Jonathan)the location is very good, the breakfast is as good as what you order, ie you have to ask for specifics but a lot of options. Loved all the fresh fruit and vegetarian options also for dinner. Very ready to accommodate. We stayed 4 nights. Our 2nd floor room had a beautiful view to the courtyard-not much privacy if you pull up all the blinds/curtains as the courtyard restaurant is very well frequented (and romantic). ...

„Das Hotel war nicht vorinformiert durch ebookers.ch. Die Reservation war nicht registriert. Es war kein Zimmer mehr verfügbar. Wir mussten vor Ort kurzfristig nachts ein anderes Hotel suchen. Meine Kreditkarte wurde im Viraus belastet. Ich bitte um vollständige Rückerstattung und Bestätigung. Danke“

„I stayed here again. I like the owner and the manager very much. They are professional and diligent. There are the same two cleaning ladies as always. I have no concerns ever with my possessions, as staff are honest and there are cameras. I also like that it is near a bus stop for El Mio, and right behind a huge supermarket. Great value if you’re concerned about your budget!“

„Die Lage für Cali ist gut! Bei der Hotel Beschreibung ist ein Whirlpool abgebildet, der steht aber nur den Mietern einer Suite zu Verfügung! Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert, somit hätten wir keinen während unserer Woche. Frühstück Auswahl ganz schlecht, wollten für Joghurt extra Geld! “

„The only thing I can say I wasn't pleased with, was the fact that for the first two days there was no television service and not much alternative was given by the hotel. Also, I was there with my 94-year-old grandmother and the hotel didn't seem to have handicap accessibility in the room bathroom. Other than that everything was great.“
