"The hotel is located in the center of the French quarter. But is very quiet and safe. Close to the main spots to visit. If you look after something historical but high class and quality - this is the place. The guys at the front door and reception were very friendly and helpful. But a big compliment goes to Roy - the concierge. He provided us with many hints (not only for New Orleans, but also for our road trip). With his help we organized two tours (city bus tour and the Whitney Plantation). If you stay at this hotel, definitely ask Roy for advices! "
