„The house was perfect, beds were comfortable, outdoors area was nice. The location was perfect to walk to the Convention Center and Chase Stadium. Traffic is crazy in Phoenix so it was nice that we could walk were we need to. Kim and Santigo were great hosts they answered every question I had very timely. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. If you need a place to stay in Phoenix this is the place it was also very close to the airport. Thank you so much.“

„Overall we had a delightful stay. Enjoyed the location as it was quiet.A couple of maintenance issues you may not be aware of though. A lot of the outlets in the guest house do no appear to work. The guest house toilet tank leaks into the bowl so you’re using more water than you need to. Could not figure out how to turn on the lights in the sitting area between the main house and guest house. The little coffee maker does not work properly-it only put out 2 cups of VERY strong coffee even ...

„Home was perfect for a family traveling with two 1 year old toddlers. High chair and play yard, toys, bubbles, sippy cups and toddler dishes…they provided all the things you hate to drag with you. I was concerned the heat would make it difficult for the kids to be outside however the misters dropped the outside temps by 15 degrees or more. My kids loved being outside. The snacks when we arrived after a long drive were also a nice touch. If in Phoenix I would stay here again. “

„Great 4 night stay while meeting our newest nephew. The space was perfect for two women, but the beds could have been more comfortable, maybe thicker memory foam mattresses. The property was conveniently located for freeway access and for local dining and shopping. Once I received the contact info, communication was easy and quick. „This was a great place to stay! Our family booked it for one month in the winter and we had everything we needed. It was awesome. The kids loved the backyard and the pool. Mom and Dad loved the hot-tube. The house was plenty big enough with lots of room to spread out and relax - even for a family of 5. We watched movies on the big screen and went for daily walks around the charming neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.“
