„Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Der Pool war schmutzig, und z.T. eine Baustelle. Von Poolbar etc keine Spur. Außerdem hatte das ganze Hotel gemüffelt. Einiges am der Zimmerausschattung war defekt. Bitte unbedingt dis Zimmer vorher anschauen vor dem Check in. Wir mussten den vollen Preis zahlen obwohl wir aufgrund der oben genannten Gründe direkt wieder gegangen sind!“

Der Chef des Hauskeeping war sehr zuvorkommend, nach Topperauflage schliefen wir viel besser! Auch Essen und Service im Botticino (italienisches Restaurant im Hotel) hervorragend.
