Der Chef des Hauskeeping war sehr zuvorkommend, nach Topperauflage schliefen wir viel besser! Auch Essen und Service im Botticino (italienisches Restaurant im Hotel) hervorragend. Spezielles Dankeschön an unseren Kellner Lucky, sein Service war top!“

„Especially the staff makes this hotel unique. The employees are very kind and such helpful guys. Each of them is friendly but also open for a little chat. Unfortunately our first room was smelling really badly, but the receptionist reacted perfectly and gave us directly a new room which was without any problems.
