„We had a great time during our visit. This place had the feel of a northern cabin, but was close to other activities. Was cozy inside and amenities were just right fir two. We enjoyed being able to wake up in the morning right on the lake. The sunsets were amazing and were basically outside the whole time. Family came for a cookout with the grill and we were able to fish and take the canoe out right from dock. Would absolutely stay again. Perfect time of year to enjoy the area.“

„Loved this little cabin on the river. I would definitely return. It was so peaceful and grounding. The river was gentle flowing and clear . The loudest sound was the frogs. The cabin was spacious enough with all the amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable and sitting area cozy. Owners are kind and accommodating.“

„Our family of five had a wonderful week at this cabin! The cabin was very clean and the lake was beautiful! The beach was sandy and the water was clear! We enjoyed the kayaks, canoe and paddle boat daily and of course spent many hours just floating on the lake. Bruce was very welcoming and friendly during our stay. „Dog heaven! We were visiting Fargo for Wrestling Nationals and the entire town was sold out. Luckily, we came across Alpaca Cabin. Well worth the quick 45 min drive east of Fargo. We came up with our two golden retrievers, which can be difficult in a hotel due to their size and activity level. Alpaca Cabin was perfect for our 3 night stay. Plenty of space for the dogs to run. Loved our stay and would definitely book again! “

„This house offers a quiet Northwoods feeling that's right near top resorts, beautiful lakes and great restaurants. There's nothing more you can wish for in a quiet getaway. We could relax by the fire pit or go out for live music at a local bar within minutes of the property. We'd come back!“

„Everything was as promised. Very nicely appointed cabin and great access to the lake. Very relaxed vibe. We stayed 2 nights and it was not long enough!“

„The house met our family's needs with lots of space for all of us to hang out and was fully stocked. The deck and furniture was also big enough for all of us to hang out together. Lots of wood for bon fires. Sauna worked great. Lake was clear with a sandy bottom. Caught enough fish for a fish fry. Enjoyed the game room and the bunk room once the beds had been made up. The one draw back was that it did not have air conditioning got warm in there. The lake was quite a walk from the house ...

„Overall: House is very clean and nice/newish. Location is great, close to town but very private. Quiet lake. House is modern and nicely laid out. Thankful for the little treats on the table :-) Pros: Loved the sitting room with wonderful view, like you are right on the water. Deck was great for morning coffee. „We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Lake O’Brien! The cabin was a perfect fit for our family of four. The fire pit, paddle boat, and pontoon were perfect for a MN lake week. The lake community was friendly and the location was perfect for getting away, but still having close access to restaurants, ice cream, and shopping. “

„Legacy lakeside resort was fantastic! There's trails to walk, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, nice beach, clean, very comfy beds, quiet and relaxing. There's also a cool game room, grills, fish cleaning station. We will definitely be coming back! It's our new favorite place to go! Staff were very helpful and kind too!! “
