„Mit dem Namen Best Western hätte ich mehr erwartet... Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber zu unerfahren (teilweise Aushilfskräfte aus anderen Hotels). Bei Zimmerbezug habe ich gleich einen großen roten Fleck auf dem weißen Bezug entdeckt, der dann auch zügig erneuert wurde. Der Fleck im Teppich blieb dagegen unbemerkt, zumal das Zimmer während unseres Aufenthaltzeitraumes nur gereinigt wurde, wenn man es an der Rezeption erbeten hat. Einige Tage lang gab es keine Butter oder Margarine beim ...

„Staff was friendly, clean room“

„Breakfast had a variety, the room was clean, other than we found a water bottle under the fold out couch when we arrived. Tv in the room stopped working, alerted staff and it was fixed very quickly! Pool area was clean. We watched the hot tub be drained, cleaned and refilled quickly. Gym area was clean, bathrooms on the lower level were spotless! “
