„Staff willingness to make sure we were comfortable“

„This is my preferred hotel due to the afternoon food and drink options included with your stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean. The only downfall was the elevator was down. The staff carried our bags to our third floor room but we had to carry them down when we left and that was a small inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again! “

„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog ...

„Room service only on request was ok for us. What we didn't understand: the hotel aisles became each day more and more dirty (there is free popcorn f.e.), Drury staff must have seen this, but nobody took care of this.“

„Die Lage war für uns optimal, aber das Hotelzimmer war dunkel und muffig und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Room-Service gibt es nur auf Bestellung und maximal alle 3 Tage. Man kann aber an der Rezeption zumindest immer frische Handtücher bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, aber alles mit Einweggeschirr und Einwegbesteck.“
