„WE Had a room on the third floor and the room above us there was someone running the hole night and WE Had Problems to find sleep. But that was nothing that the hotel ist responsible for.hotel“

„Cute factor was a London Double-decker bus that is parked outside the hotel and i side were a variety of Double Decker toys and artwork. Lobby snacks of popcorn and cookies were a nice welcome“

„Täglich wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl wir versucht haben dies durch (wie üblich) auf den Boden liegende Handtücher zu verdeutlichen, welche Handtücher zu reinigen sind. Sehr, sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Servicepersonal. Wir waren anschließend in drei anderen Hotels, u.a. Im Hilton, aber nirgendwo war das Personal so liebenswürdig wie hier. Das Einzige, was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, ist das überflüssige Plastik. Plastikgabeln, Plastikteller, kleinste ...

„Staff is helping whenever they can. They took care of us and provided silent room directly when we mentioned that there was a sound which source couldn’t be located. The pool is very nice. The rooms are very clean and the service was perfect. “
