„I liked the breakfast. I did not like that their staff did not know a shuttle stopped at the hotel.“

„Overall, our stay was nice. The hotel was quiet and clean. It would be nice if they had some chairs outside of the pool area for people to sit in to enjoy their coffee. The only sitting area available is in the front lobby. Also, it was advertised that they had a continental breakfast available, but we learned that they stopped the continental breakfast eight months ago. All in all our stay was nice and I would stay there again.“

„Mit dem Namen Best Western hätte ich mehr erwartet... Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber zu unerfahren (teilweise Aushilfskräfte aus anderen Hotels). Bei Zimmerbezug habe ich gleich einen großen roten Fleck auf dem weißen Bezug entdeckt, der dann auch zügig erneuert wurde. Der Fleck im Teppich blieb dagegen unbemerkt, zumal das Zimmer während unseres Aufenthaltzeitraumes nur gereinigt wurde, wenn man es an der Rezeption erbeten hat. „Nice place. Good location. Needs some TLC, but still nice. Staff nice. Elevator was not working during our stay, but did have option to cancel. Not too impactful. Would stay again Oh, used the only washer and dryer (recommend another set or two); dryer did not dry well and cost a lot to get close to dry 😳“
