„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. „This is my preferred hotel due to the afternoon food and drink options included with your stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean. The only downfall was the elevator was down. The staff carried our bags to our third floor room but we had to carry them down when we left and that was a small inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again! “
