„Das Zimmer war sehr gut. Groß, gut ausgestattet, komplette Küche, alles da. Das Abendessen war auch ok. Nur der Service bemerkte nicht, dass kein Besteck auf dem Tisch war, als das Essen serviert wurde. Auch Servietten mussten extra erbeten werden.“

Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby. “
