„What I really like is the location, covered parking, heat/AC work very well. I would certainly stay at this cabin again. This time VRBO required an insurance policy for 59 or a 1500 deposit. That drove up the price of course. I do prefer the cabin stay to a hotel room and the owner is very personable.“

„This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again.“

„This is a very nice house located in a very nice, safe neighborhood. In short, however, I felt it wasn’t well maintained. When we arrived on Friday afternoon, the grass needed mowing/weed-eating. (It was eventually done early Sunday morning as we were preparing to check out.) Upon arrival we had difficulty getting the back gate unlatched which was required to access the back door to enter the house code for entry – I ended up having to jump over the brick wall. „My husband and I and our grandchildren and pet really enjoyed our stay at perch hole. Everything was as described.very neat, clean and private the sceneries were very pleasing. Can’t wait until our next visit. The guided fishing tour with Genes guides was fantastic. All and all a wonderful visit. Will be returning in the fall.“

„Great view! Location is kinda sketchy but close to everything you need. The surrounding area could use a clean up of old junk but that’s not the property rentals fault. The recliner could be replaced because it doesn’t recline and the grill needs a good cleaning and grilling utensils would’ve been great. We enjoyed of stay for the most part though. Loved Toledo bend !“

„It was clean. Beds were hard uncomfortable. Living room furniture was uncomfortable springs at surface. I understand people tear up stuff so much no need for good furniture. Could put foam mattresses on beds to help “
