„This house was a good landing place for our large family gathering. We liked the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable gathering area in the living room. We loved having meals out on the deck, hanging out in the hot tub, shooting hoops in the basketball hoop, and using the fire pit. The listing isn’t clear about the beds that are in each room. „We had a wonderful relaxing stay at this property! It is right in the heart of New Hope, yet it's a quiet and pleasant neighborhood to hang out in after touring the amazing shops and enjoying the fine dining that is just a few blocks away. We hope to come back to stayon our next visit!“

„Six friends and I rented Joan's lovely pace for a personal reunion, and our 50th high school reunion for a week in June. The VRBO pictures and descriptions did not do the place justice! So many comfy places to gather inside and out, and the added attraction of being right on the Delaware River made our 4-night stay extra special. The house was spotlessly clean; the kitchen well-appointed, and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Joan is the consummate hostess who was available from the moment ...

„The cottage was very clean, which was our top priority. The unit was set up exactly as shown. Check in was easy since we were arriving late in the night. The whole unit was already cooled with A/C running, which was very well appreciated in a hot summer night when we arrived late and tired.“

„New Hope was so fun for the weekend and this place was perfect! Really great walkable location although nice and quiet at night. Beds were cozy. Living room was okay cozy wise doesn’t have a true couch. But still 5 stars and would return! “

„The property was perfect for us. It has plenty of room and great furnishings. Had some trouble with the door upon arrival but were able to sort it out. Host was great. Friendly. Gave us eggs from his chickens. Our dog was with us and it was a good space for her as well. The pool was great!!Would definitely recommend and return. “

„Wonderful quiet space for visiting the New Hope area. Nicely stocked coffee/tea bar in kitchen including some snacks. Very clean and comfortable. The area had a storm while we were there and lost power but this place has a generator that kicked on and we continued to have power. “
