Turns out we must have arrived at a previously unknown "in-between" time where the attendant had left but the gates were down.LOVE the location and the overall appeal of the unit! WOULD stay again!“

„The Downtown Delight Combo was a true delight! The spacious combo is professionally decorated, has a gorgeous skylight, and large windows that provide a ton of natural light. My family stayed over Easter weekend and the condo had what we needed to make brunch. We loved the rooftop patio but due to the weather didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy it. The garage parking was also very nice. We LOVED our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Muncie! “

„Spacious, solid upstairs apartment (it's over a marijuana shop and a tattoo parlor, neither of which were a bother in any sense) in a really convenient location for visiting the IU campus. Many ethnic restaurants within very easy walking distance. Functionally equipped rather than decorative; cramped bathroom space. The advertised "Spa/Hot tub" was nowhere in evidence - there's no bathtub at all - and the claimed "on-site parking" doesn't exist. We were lucky to find parking meter spaces ...
