„We had a stopover for one night on the way from Michigan to Tennessee. The hotel was okay for the single night, but we would not want to stay here longer. The cleanliness of both the room and the pool was disappointing. Although we had a non-smoking room the odor of cold smoke was obvious.“

„Had a pool of the five in our group one went in the water was just too cold. Rooms were clean and Associates worked to accommodate us. I left my soapdish w my special soap I travel with. Checking back 3 times whoever cleaned the room didn‘t place it in lost and found. Did she keep it for herself or throw it out instead of putting it in lost and found. Front desk staff was wonderful “
