Very secure, as you need to enter different codes to get in the building, then to get on the elevator and then again at your apartment door. So much so that it can be a bit confusing at first, especially when finding how to get out of the parking garage and into the building for the first time. „Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. „The apartment was stocked with everything needed but my feet were black from walking barefoot. Floor had not been cleaned in quite a while. The people who lived above were outside smoking pot the entire weekend so we could not enjoy any time on the patio or open the windows. We got locked out twice and had to call twice for a new code to the door . Ugh….“
