Sehr schönes Neues Resort in guter Lage direkt am Strand mit schönem Infinity-Pool. Schöne neue helle Zimmer, Sauber und ordentlich mit schönem Bad. Netter Service, gutes Essen, tolle Tauchbasis und schöne Tauchplätze. Immer wieder gerne.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was good, with a nice variety of choices. One small suggestion would be to have enough mangoes available for everyone, as it is such a popular fruit and pairs perfectly with the sticky rice. We stayed for 6 nights and had an amazing time. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful and quiet. There was lots to do in the hotel like playing games in the arcade room or participating in some water activities. The main pool is open until 9pm which makes it possible to swim after dark. Amazing! Das Citadines ist in mehrfacher Hinsicht einfach ideal: intergiert ins Baseline Center findet man in ditekter Unge ung alles was man braucht: Restaurants, Gym, Supermarkt etc. Die Zimmer sind neuwertig und teilweise mit Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Unglaublich ist der Pool im 9. Stock und diverse weitere Dinge die den aufenthalt angenehm machen (Waschmaschinen bspw.). Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ganz ehrlich: Nach so einem personalintensiven, hilfreichen und freundlichen Service muss man in Europa lange suchen, obwohl es ihn natürlich auch dort gibt😀. Aber der Service insgesamt ist schon Wahnsinn … Wir haben das Crimson für die Anreise als erste und für die Abreise als letzte Station genutzt, da es eine gute Anbindung zum Flughafen hat. Das Hotel insgesamt ist ehrlichgesagt schon alt.Nichts destotrotz ist es komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet typisch asiatisch. Jeder findet etwas.Der Pool war sehr angenehm. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
