OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

PERSONAL INFO AND VALID ID — We require guests to complete a guest online registration form and upload a photo of a valid ID of each person staying for a reservation. A QR code will be sent once a reservation is confirmed. This registration process is used to generate the authorization we are required to submit to the condo administration. Please note that only registered and declared guests are allowed entry into our rental.

OCCUPANCY — The standard occupancy for this unit is 2 adults and 1 child aged 0-10 years. Please make sure to provide the accurate number of guests who will be staying, as this will assist us in our preparations. However, it is important to note that you are only permitted to book for a maximum of 2 guests. If you have a child accompanying you, please notify us in advance and include them when completing the online guest registration form. Additionally, kindly remember that we can only offer an extra towel, but we do not provide an extra bed or linen for the child.

ARRIVAL TO THE CONDO — The condo administration has a separate process upon arrival that requires scanning a QR code to log everyone entering the building. This is independent from our registration process.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT — We can allow free early check-in and late check-out for a max of 3 hours only — 12 PM for early check-in for as long as we don't have any guests checking out in the morning and 2 PM for late check-out for as long as we don't have any guests checking in in the afternoon. An additional fee of Php500 will be charged for check-ins as early as 6 AM and for check-outs as late as 8 PM.

PARKING — Please note that this unit does not have parking available. However, if you are arriving by car, there are several paid parking options located within Cebu IT Park.

EXTRA CLEANING — Housekeeping services are included with your reservation; however, we kindly request that you leave the property in good condition, if not the same as it was when you arrived. A cleaning fee may be charged if the property will be found in a state that will require additional cleaning services other than the basic housekeeping tasks. To help you avoid these additional charges, here are a few simple tips:

- Do not move any of its furniture unless with our permission.
- Place all used and unwashed cookware, utensils, dishes and silverware in the sink.
- Place all trash into the trash bags provided.
- Do not remove all bed linens.
- Leave all used towels on the bed.
