„Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes ...

„2 bedrooms are located at the 2nd floor, bathroom is on the 1st floor. It was very difficult to go down at the middle of the night to use especially you’re sleepy. I go to the restroom 2-3 times in the night. Not senior friendly. Outside hallway & elevator smells bad. “

„Did not have access to elevator and room was on the 24th floor. Informed host who never responded. Also, we were told that we were not allowed to even sit by the pool. Hot water wasn’t hot. No service for room either. Not in the best area of town.“
