„The hotel staff was responsive and helpful after I realized I had left clothing behind in the closet. They kept this in reserve until it was able to be retrieved.
Breakfast was good, pool was nice. Recommended to stay here- good amount of space and modern design.“

„The company show you one apartment and then give you another one I pay for a apartment with one bed and one sofa bed and no sofa bed in the room the apartment It was not the same as what was offered Be careful not to get scammed, as happened to me: the owner told me the apartment had been modified—it was being rented out at a higher price, but without the sofa bed.“

„We were placed outside of the city center in a different appartment, without our agreement. No person abailable to talk to in person. We were asked to communicate via e-mail outside of expedia after booking as well as at arrival. Also disappointed about Expedia who were no help at all. Before arrival and at arrival. Provider should be removed in our opinion.
One bed smelled like piss. On request matras was replaced by a located through one.“

„They're clearly upgrading everything around. The place was comfortable with good TVs and a a fairly well equipped kitchen. Communication and check in we're easy. The beach out front is really great at low tide because a sand bar emerges that you can walk on for miles. Great place to spend a night.“

„We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests.“

„This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. Management told me to use a long handled light to ignite the gas stove!!! I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that. They sent someone over to look at it and he ...

„The unit we stayed in was large and fully equipped, with a balcony and a full kitchen. The building was secure and conveniently located within walking distance to everything in casco viejo. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and we felt mostly safe walking around. The only issue we had was that the code to our lockbox didn’t work when we arrived. However, we texted the property staff and they were able to give us another code that worked right away. The internet in the unit worked ...
