„The house as per the pictures was immaculate on arrival. The house is finished to a very high standard with great amenities including the cinema room and dining room both of which we made good use of during our stay. We were unlucky enough to stay during a storm but one of the maintenance guys stopped by the next morning just to check on ourselves and the property due to some storm damage that had occurred. It’s good to know someone is on hand should you have any issues. We would definitely stay ...

„A last minute refusal by another property to honour our booking meant we had to quickly find an alternative. With hindsight, this was actually a good thing when we found this apartment.
Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff.
Without a doubt will book here again on our next stay in the area. A great find.“

„The apartment was located in central location - close to all restaurants, bars and the beach. However the apartment was located in a very industrial area. From the outset, the apartment looked good however the bathrooms were not cleaned, the living area were not vacuumed properly as there were crisp crumbs everywhere and when it rain the roof leaked in the middle of the living room. Very poor experience and never to book again.“

„I found this property when we had to move out earlier than planed for renovation works to our house. On arrival we were all stunned at the beauty on the gardens , the wild life, the fact we appear to be the only guests. Staff were amazing as i had 1 night were we had no where to staff, and staff were able to accommodate us. If you are looking for peace tranquillity i would highly recommend this place. "Old style country manor in a beautiful location and setting in the Ayrshire countryside. Staff very friendly and some of the public areas were beautiful (Grand Staircase a particular highlight)
Breakfast buffet was also well worth the money, although the room was not the easiest to get to.
BUT - the bedrooms need serious updating. Cleanliness was good but not great, floorboards creaked all over the place, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom had cracked tiles al over the place, one window was draughty and didn’t lock, and the bedroom in general felt like it was stuck in the 1980s. Such a shame and a stark contrast to the rest of the building.
Would visit again just for the setting though."

Es gab trotz wechselnde Monatskarte auch nach Monatswechsel jeden Abend das gleiche. Viele Speisen waren von dieser Karte meist nicht erhältlich, so dass man über eine Woche fast immer das gleiche essen musste. Dafür würde ich nur einen Stern vergeben. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt ganz okay."

"The hotel is located inside a shopping mall, which made it a bit challenging to find the entrance, especially when walking back in the evening. The lack of sidewalks on the other side of the hotel and the main road, which is busy with cars, made navigating the area even more difficult.
