The pool features a sun shelf and a built-in waterfall spa, and there are multiple seating areas, including comfortable loungers, and a covered outdoor dining table. Best of all, it’s got a grill, fire pit, and beautiful lighting that allows you to enjoy the outdoor space all night long.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Lounge on the sun shelf in the stunning pool or on a comfortable chaise lounge in the shade of an umbrella and enjoy those beautiful mountain views. At sunset, unwind in the built-in waterfall spa, then fire up the grill and dine al fresco at the covered outdoor dining table. With incredible lighting illuminating the backyard, gather around the fire pit to end an incredible day.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES

The colorful retro kitchen features a checkered floor for a blast from the past, it’s well-equipped with everything you need, and there’s a dining table just steps away.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Both bedrooms feature beautiful and inspiring artwork, colorful feature walls, and stylish designs that make a peaceful night’s sleep a given. They also both have a King bed and flatscreen TV. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sliding doors out to the backyard. The secondary bedroom has a full bathroom across the hall with a tub/shower combination. No matter which bedroom calls to you, you’ll have access to a washer/dryer in the garage for your convenience.
