level: it is accessible from the stairs that take to the exclusive
garden. In the 100-square-meter garden, which is partly paved,
there are flowerbeds and a gazebo, an outdoor dining area with barbecue,
porch swing and outdoor sitting area.
The holiday home opens into a large kitchen
with dining area, open kitchen and tv. The corridor takes to the
sleeping area which consists of 1 bedroom with sofa and access to the
garden, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and 1 twin bedroom. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower.

The
apartment Casa Vico Manzoni is in a private street in Castro, 100
meters away from the sea. The sea is accessible from a narrow street
which the apartment is named after. Moreover, the holiday home is within
walking distance from the main amenities.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the double bedroom.
