The rate includes:

The rate does not include: Mandatory extra
cleaning in case of the presence of animals (€50.00 per pet per week or part of the week).

Villa Calypso is a contemporary villa with white external elevations located just above the town of Santa Maria di Leuca, at the southern end of Puglia. Designed and furnished to high standards both internally and externally, this modern villa is spread over two floors and is furnished with fresh, coastal colors, with open panoramic views of trees and roofs to the sea beyond. Spacious and comfortable for up to eight guests, it is organized with four double bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, large terraces and a panoramic pool. The property is located on a large fenced private property and includes other independent and well-spaced villas to guarantee undisputed privacy. It is conveniently located a short distance from the shops, restaurants and the marina of Santa Maria di Leuca, as well as a series of sandy and rocky beaches along the coast.

The villa is on two separate floors, not connected internally, for a total area of about 300 square meters. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance into an open space living area with sofas and large windows facing the sea; dining area with large table and direct access to the outdoor dining terrace; fully equipped modern kitchen with pantry and adjoining laundry room; corridor that leads to three double bedrooms, one has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and the other two share a bathroom with shower. LOWER FLOOR (accessible via an external stone staircase) — Open space living area with sofas; double bedroom with adjoining bathroom with shower.
Park:
The exterior covers about 2000 square meters on several levels. Outside the living area, a covered dining terrace is furnished with a large table and outdoor seating area. Some steps lead to a large sun terrace and the panoramic pool. At the back of the living area, a second terrace on the lower level connects to the private parking area. The garden areas include sections of lawn and Mediterranean plants typical of the Salento region. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on a lower level, approximately 6 metres from the villa, and is accessible from the outdoor dining terrace down three steps. Rectangular in shape; measures 5.5 x 6.5 m with a constant depth of 1.60 m; lined in PVC; accessed via three submerged steps; saltwater purification system; internal lighting. The surrounding sun terrace is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a stone-built sofa with cushions. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
