Flexible.

Mandatory €300 per stay (payable locally) for a standard changeover clean. An additional mandatory €150 per week (payable locally) service fee which includes 3 hours of cleaning (on Tuesdays and Thursdays), garden maintenance and pool cleaning. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
