Villa Dario is a beautiful villa with above-ground swimming pool and trullo in Santa Maria di Leuca, in the panoramic area of the seaside location in Salento.
The villa, surrounded by a lovely garden, is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, barbecue, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets.

by a big 3.000 sqm garden, Villa Dario is a property with large and
comfortable outdoor areas, with olive trees and suitable even for
children.
The villa is introduced by a large porch, ideal even
during the hottest hours of the day, after using the pool and a lunch
made using the two pizza ovens.
Villa Dario is a 120 sqm villa, that consists of 2 double bedrooms, large living room where it is possible to add other sleeping accommodations, kitchenette and 2 bathrooms.
The third double bedroom is the most typical and original as it is in the cool trullo, which makes the property peculiar.

Maria di Leuca, the southernmost point in Italy, is known for the
sanctuary Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, its marine caves and the
eclectic villas, the Acquedotto Pugliese monumental waterfall and its
tourist harbor.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 73 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
