Villa Castiglioni is located in the countryside of Castiglion Fiorentino, near Cortona. The property is surrounded by a well-kept private garden with lawn and flowers from which you can admire a splendid view of Castiglion Fiorentino. Within the garden there is a comfortable patio, furnished with a dining table for 6 people, a lounge area and a swing.

The outdoor spaces feature a beautiful fenced pool (11 x 5 m, depth 0.8 - 1.8 m), open from 1st June to 1st October, and equipped with parasol, deck chairs and outdoor shower.

Near the pool there is also a stone barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious grills with friends.

Finally, at guests\' disposal you will find: an uncovered private parking for 5 cars, a small children\'s play area (with slide and swing), and an unfenced five-a-side football pitch, for the amusement of both adults and kids.



Internal Description



Villa Castiglioni is set on one single level, on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. All bedrooms have mosquito nets. Pets are allowed on request.



Guests are welcomed by a lovely open-space living area with direct access to the garden, furnished with: sofa, armchair, fireplace, tv and kitchen with dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle.

The sleeping area consists of: 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom (with bathtub), 1 double bedroom with direct access to the garden, and 1 bedroom with bunk beds.

Lastly there is a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water and gas except electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (100.00€); electricity according to consumption (1.00€/Kw). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
