Beautifully renovated, with panoramic countryside views in the green hills of Dozza, Dolce Collina is a bright 70m² holiday home set within a private gated garden, offering comfort, privacy and a serene setting. Enjoy a large terrace for sunset dinners, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. Ideal for cycling, nature walks, wine tastings, remote work and longer stays, or simply unwinding among the vineyards. Sleeps 1–4 adult guests comfortably. Perfect base to explore Emilia-Romagna and Motor Valley, visit Imola, the Imola race circuit, and Bologna.

Arrival & Garden
After entering the private gates, a tree-lined driveway leads you through the enclosed garden directly to the house, where you can park in front and arrive at your own terrace. Dolce Collina is spacious, fully renovated and newly furnished throughout, with windows on three sides bringing in natural light and views over the hills, garden and vineyards.

Location
Dozza, just a few minutes away, is one of Italy’s official "Most Beautiful Villages," famous for its painted medieval streets. Imola and the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari are 15 minutes by car. Bologna is approximately 20 minutes by train from nearby Castel San Pietro Terme or Imola stations, or 35–45 minutes by car. Bologna Airport is just as close. Motor Valley highlights include the Ferrari Museum in Maranello and the Lamborghini Museum in Sant’Agata Bolognese. The Adriatic coast is around 45 minutes away for a day at the beach. Ravenna, Modena and Florence also make rewarding day trips, especially on a longer stay.

The House
Stepping inside, you will find an open living room with a cosy seating area, smart TV, dining area and kitchen. A dedicated work desk and fast Wi-Fi make the home comfortable for remote work and longer stays. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided.

The private terrace is a natural extension of the living space and a lovely spot for morning coffee, evening aperitivo, sunbathing, or simply watching the light change over the hills.

Located upstairs, the loft bedroom has a king-size double bed with two single mattresses, made up with individual bedding. A fold-out single bed is also available. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep two more people, so the home works well for friends or family members travelling together, couples and solo travellers.

Guest Access
The entire home and terrace are for your exclusive use. Free private parking for two cars is available in front of the house.

Other things to note
The bedroom is reached by stairs. A car is recommended to make the most of the area. You may see our three cats wandering around the garden and driveway. For their safety, we ask guests to drive slowly on the driveway. We’re unable to accommodate other pets.
