- There are guests that stay below in a separate unit.

- Both bedrooms have 2 high quality (Brookyn Bedding) King beds/ mattresses with silk microfiber linens/pillows.

- Fully stocked kitchen & appliances: Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, french-press, tea kettle, blender, toaster, silverware/knife set, glasses, mugs, dishes, pots/pans, bakeware. Kid's plastic silverware, plates, bowls, and sippy cups too!
- 1 Highchair available for little ones

- Full size washer & dryer with a couple detergent pods provided.

☀ LIVING ROOM ☀
- Central AC/Heat, Smart TV in main living room (Apps for you to sign into: Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN+, Fox Sports, CBS Sports, MLB Network Disney+, ABC, TBS, YouTube, Spotify, Amazon Music, etc.)
- Pack 'n' play available for little ones
- High-speed WiFi
- Workspace/desk located in one bedroom with power strip surge protector and desk light.

☀ OUTDOOR ☀
- New Trex Select Composite deck boards!
- Front: Long front porch with 4 Adirondack chairs for sipping coffee in the morning, or to enjoy a beverage of your choosing to watch the beautiful and colorful sunsets during the evening, you can see a small view of the Bay to the left.
- Back: Spacious back deck with a small ocean view on the left-hand-side. Comfortable cushioned furniture, coffee table, and bar table. Listen close to hear the waves while hanging out in the back!
- An outdoor shower head and foot-wash is located on the very bottom level of the back of the house. Hot & cold!

☀ BATHROOM ☀
- Towels provided: Bath towel, hand towel, and washcloths.
- Beach Towels NOT provided.

☀ EXTRAS ☀
- Provided: Enough shampoo/conditioner/body soap, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pod, and kitchen "goodies" to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

☀ No pets allowed.
☀ No parties, events, underage alcohol consumption, business use, or illegal drug use.
-- Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises unless previously approved.
☀ NO SMOKING inside the property or near the outdoor furniture.
-- Evidence of smoking in the home or by outdoor furniture will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee to remove the smell.
☀ Please do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items.
- These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
☀ Please respect "Quiet Hours" that are from 10PM - 7AM.
-- Please be considerate of your noise level with guests that stay in the separate apartment below.
☀ Please do not tamper with the owners closet or security camera located on the exterior.
☀ Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not walk through neighbors yards.
☀ In order to avoid potential staining, please do not use bleach to clean anything during your stay.
-- I have professional cleaners who use premium-grade disinfectant products in between guest stays to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness.
☀ Only stainless steel cleaner may be used on stainless steel appliances.
-- Other cleaning solutions will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.

☀ Check-in is at 4PM & check-out by 10AM.
-- Early check-in & late check-out is not available due to our COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
-- No parking on premises before check-in time or after check-out time, to allow for cleaners to enter/exit driveway.

☀ Access: Lockbox with code for key entry - code will be specific to you and will be sent with check-in instructions upon arrival.

☀ Parking: Free parking up to 3 vehicles (maximum) - reserved in-line open carport & driveway parking.
