Yemoto Cabin is a spacious and well-appointed home, a perfect rental for a family vacation or retreat with a group of friends. Located 1/4 mile from pristine Lake Tahoe and a short drive to Northstar Ski Resort, it is ideally situated to take maximal advantage of all that the Tahoe Basin has to offer! This 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom cabin features a beautiful open layout, wood-burning stove, fully stocked kitchen, HD Flat screen TV and sleeps up to 10 people! Agate Bay is a quiet, very friendly neighborhood great for walking, hiking and biking. The Yemoto Cabin backs to National Forest Land, where you will find trails that lead to the Tahoe Rim Trail and beyond! One can hike or mountain bike uphill through the forest to Brockway Summit for panoramic lake views.



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils) washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.

Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
