Carnedd Ugain: Touren und Aktivitäten

First time staying here. It is clear the hotel is undergoing major upgrading and there is information in the rooms to reflect that. Would be helpful to have that on the website too (sorry if already there and missed) just to manage expectations. Room was lovely and staff very friendly and bent over backwards (special shoutout to Ruby). I understand why £100 deposit is being taken but do think this will be putting a lot of families off staying esp when there are so many competing hotels nearby. Overall though a lovely stay in a great area and fab sights. Really hope they do manage to continue the upgrade as such a special building.

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Positives: Great location for the Liverpool home game. Good fit-out Negatives: unnecessarily complex and difficult timed entry inc burglar alarm, email advice v late. Check the small print - excessive high extra charges on top of Wotif. Pixelated unwatchable TV. Back door permanently unlocked
