„The hotel has undergone a total renovation since my last visit some years ago. The suites are spacious, very comfortable and well equipped to a high standard. The grounds are well tended. All the staff I met were extremely kind and professional, going the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. The location is excellent with views across the bay from some suites. „This lovely hotel is well positioned for a stay in St Ives. It’s out of the town which makes parking and travelling around very easy. You can catch a bus or taxi to the centre easily. The restaurant could be improved - if you had a great chef in the hotel - this place would be awesome. At the moment it’s pretty hard to get cooked toast with your poached eggs at breakfast. The staff too are pretty changeable some are fantastic - others one guy in particular, tired and in need of a holiday ...

„We have just returned from our stay we were delighted with the accommodation. The property was very modern and spotlessly clean. Perfect location close to St Ives & Carbis bay beach with ample parking.A travel cot and high chair were provided free of charge. The only thing I would suggest people bare in mind is that there are steps up to front door of the property (this was confirmed to me by the hosts prior to booking) although there is an alternative entrance from the main road with fewer ...

The kids liked seeing the chickens and horses each day and we liked the peace and quiet at night. It’s only a short walk to carbis bay but certainly better walking down than back up the hill. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend.“
