Ideal for families and groups of friends, it offers breathtaking lake views from every window and 4 balconies, spacious interiors, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two living areas, and a convenient location for exploring the lake and its beautiful surroundings.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThe house is spread over two levels and features spacious, bright rooms with an elegant style. Every room enjoys a wonderful view of the lake.

The entrance, located on the first floor, leads to a welcoming living room, a bright double bedroom, and a full bathroom.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan area consisting of a living space with a sofa bed and a large fully equipped kitchen featuring a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, induction cooktop, oven, and dishwasher.

On the same level, there is also a bedroom with two single beds and a second full bathroom equipped with a washing machine, making the property ideal for families or small groups.

The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning; however, fans are provided for guests' comfort.

Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the entire property.

The house can accommodate up to 5 guests.ACCESSIBILITY & PARKINGThe apartment does not have a private parking space. Public paid parking is available between 150 and 700 meters from the property.CARATE URIO & SURROUNDINGSCarate Urio is one of the most picturesque villages on the western shore of Lake Como. Characterized by historic alleyways, scenic lake views, and an authentic atmosphere, it is the perfect destination for those wishing to experience the lake away from the busiest tourist areas.

The property's location allows guests to easily reach the village center, lakeside promenade, bars, and restaurants on foot. Carate Urio is also an excellent base for visiting the main destinations around Lake Como, including Como, Cernobbio, Moltrasio, and Bellagio.

The village is served by public buses that conveniently connect the entire western shore of the lake.

Please note that there are no supermarkets in Carate Urio, only a butcher shop/grocery store. The nearest supermarket is located in Cernobbio, approximately 8 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that taxi services on Lake Como may not always be readily available. We therefore recommend planning your transportation in advance by using buses, ferries, or a private vehicle.

The bus stop is easily accessible from the village center and provides connections to the main destinations around the lake.

Milan Malpensa Airport, Milan Linate Airport, Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport, and the city of Lugano can all be reached in approximately one hour by car.

Guests are required to separate and dispose of waste according to the provided instructions. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of €60.00.
