„Loved this bayside villa! A large condo very close to the beach!!! Outdoor seating space overlooking the bay was nice. I was greeted by a sea otter in the early morning. I loved my time in Captiva and can’t wait to go back. The host was very responsive and checked on me throughout my entire stay to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I need. “

„Comfortable and clean place. It is a nice location - though after a few days of walking along the busy road to the restaurants, we opted to get a golf cart which made life easier. On colder days the kids wouldn't want to go in the pool, but the hot tub was always crowded so we had to look for other entertainment. It is a shame that it is not part of the nice pool with slides across the road, so we paid to have access to them via South Seas. “

It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact ...

„Was uns am meisten gestört hat ist, dass offensichtliche Informationen wie z.B: Kein Lift oder Renovation aufgrund Naturkatastrophe nur 'nebenbei' erwähnt und nicht als markanter Text hervorgehoben werden. Das hat bei uns einen faden Geschmack hinterlassen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft (Tennis Villa) sehr schön, grosszügig und sehr gemütlich. Auch der Stand war super schön und sauber.“
