Otherwise, $25 extra per day) or pool deck of this 4 bed, 3 bath Home located on a cul-de-sac in highly desired South West Cape Coral, FL. Fish from the private dock, Kayak or paddle board from your back yard! Everything you need or want to enjoy the outdoors and surrounding water we have thought of and supplied with this rental.
We also have Fiber internet should you need to get any work done while on vacation, we have you covered there too! Master bedroom has king size bed and full bath with plenty of space! The unique design of the Master allows guests to close off the bedroom and leave the bathroom and closet area open for others to use or double doors will close it all off allowing for a huge master suite. Guest room 1 has a King bed. Guest room 2 has a Queen bed with its own 1/4 bath (shared with pool) making it a secondary suite. The final bedroom has two twin bunk beds. There is also a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a queen blow up mattress just in case. The 3rd bathroom has a walk-in shower and open to living areas. Kitchen includes new Stainless Steel Appliances and granite counter tops.
This Cape Coral, FL home is fully stocked and ready for you to kick up your feet and enjoy the sunsets from the pool or living room. If you will be here for an extended period, enjoy day trips to Orlando, Tampa Bay and Miami all within about a three hour drive. Or catch the ferry to the Florida Keys daily out of Ft. Myers Beach.
