The Villa Sueno Americano is located in the idyllic West of Cape Coral. Here, guests are welcomed by a well-maintained garden, while the interior pleases the eye with its elegant mix of wood and stone surfaces.

In addition to 3 bedrooms, there are 3 bathrooms – one with a large bathtub and easily accessible walk-in shower. Two bedrooms share another bathroom, and the third bathroom is located right next to the pool.

Speaking of the pool: here, you cannot only swim during the day, but also in the evening, thanks to lights and a pool heater. Or how about unwinding in the jacuzzi while enjoying the view of Cape Coral´s canal?

Situated in the center of the Villa is the open living area where you can relax on leather sofas. If you want to watch movies, the flat-screen TV with stereo system will provide the right cinema flair. Do you have to get some work done? Then, you will appreciate the Villa´s study room with desk and printer.

When it is time to cook meals for the whole family, the kitchen will provide everything you need. Here, you will find an oven, microwave, refrigerator and large kitchen counter, as well as utensils like a coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The Villa features two dining tables with 4 and 6 chairs. Alternatively, you can also dine in the roofed part of the lanai. There, guests are welcome to use the high-quality barbecue grill made by Char Broil.

Despite being located in an idyllic, quiet area, the Villa Sueno Americano provides easy access to all amenities you need in Cape Coral: The Shops at Surfside with their restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away, and the supermarkets Publix, Target and Aldi can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Hobby skippers have every reason to be excited: The Villa sits next to a saltwater canal that leads into the Gulf of Mexico. This way, you can easily reach South Florida´s famous islands like Captiva and Sanibel on a boat trip. Of course, the Villa features a boat dock with lift to keep your vessel safe and dry.

You want to rent a boat during your vacation? Perfect! We have the right deal for you: All customers renting a vacation home at our website will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail. This coupon can then be redeemed at our boat rental. The minimum rental period for most of our boats is 1 day, but of course, long-term rentals are no problem, either. HOUSERULES / FAQ

Boatlift: The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com

Electricity consumption: The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15 ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning: The average(based on an occupancy of 2–4 guests) cost of electricity per week in the summer period is $40–$60. The price may increase in winter, as heating the pool/spa and the rooms requires more energy in winter than in summer. Please also consider that the pool/spa not only requires more energy in colder temperatures but also cools down more quickly overnight.

BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.

Cancelation fee: Guests who cancel more than 60 days before check-in will receive a 95% refund of all payments made. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.

Personal Check-In: As arrival days are often stressful and it is rarely possible to arrive at fixed times, each guest will enter the house independently by using a code.
For safety and Insurance reasons, we are required to match the guests present with those of the booking made. In addition, there are many questions about the house, and it is always easier if these things are explained personally and on site. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card). We try to make the check-in as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Pet friendly/service pets: If the house is offered as pet-friendly, you have the possibility to bring a pet(s). You have the option to specify the number of pets during the booking process. Each pet will be charged $25 per night.
If the property is not listed as pet friendly, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service/emotional pets. If your pet is a Service/Emotional Pet, we will require written proof from you prior to booking. Service/emotional pets do not have to be specified in the booking process and will not be charged additionally.

Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated on the basis of 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged $25 dollars plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 persons at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of persons increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.
