The Space:

The second master suite offers a large desk, monitor, and printer overlooking the back patio. Enjoy a dual-entry shower in the main master bath. Outside, relax in the heated pool with built-in bar, hot tub, or take the kayak out on the canal. The pool heat is only heated from November- April. Added perks include an EV charger and a garage hangout with TV, and couches—perfect for kids. A modern home blending work, luxury, and family fun.



Guest Access:

We have a private entrance to this home for guests with parking available in the driveway for up to four vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

This home sits in a canal‑rich, waterfront area of NW Cape Coral — part of the city’s famed canal network that gives many residences direct water access.

The streets are largely residential and non‑gated, blending newer custom homes with classic Cape‑Coral style houses.

Staying here means easy water access, boating potential, and a tranquil, suburban vibe, yet you're still a short drive from shopping, dining and everyday conveniences.



Getting Around:

Getting around from this Cape Coral home is easy. Downtown Cape Coral and local shops are a short drive away, while Fort Myers, Sanibel, and nearby beaches are within 30–45 minutes. The home’s location near main roads makes exploring Southwest Florida convenient. Water lovers can also enjoy kayaking or boating directly from the canal, providing both land and water access for local attractions and activities.



Other Things to Note:

Please note this home is on a private septic system, so only septic-safe toilet paper can be used. We’ve provided plenty for your convenience, so there’s no need to bring or purchase any. Thank you for helping us take care of the system!



We supply a starter pack consisting of 5-6 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of he septic-safe toilet paper per bathroom, 3-5 laundry pods, handful of lint dryer sheets, 3-5 dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, kitchen sponge, windex and all purpose cleaner (located underneath kitchen sink) for each reservation. Once the starter pack is exhausted we do not refill supplies until after check out.

We will be available for any issues that arise, please contact us through Airbnb or VRBO and we will promptly respond. We will let you do your thing but you can reach us whenever you may need back up!
