Welcome to Blue Haven! Kick off your shoes & relax in our peaceful SW FL Haven. Our home features a relaxing heated pool & amazing air-conditioned game room. Spacious, extra clean, tastefully decorated w/ plenty of amenities & little extras to make for your most comfortable stay. We happily oversee & attend to every detail. We love hosting & take pride in providing an enjoyable experience for all of our guests.

• OUTDOOR: Private, heated, screened-in pool with waterfall feature. Plenty of outdoor seating, pool toys and inflatables. Ample fenced in yard.

• POOL: Heated year round at no extra charge (standard setting at recommended 86 degrees to avoid algae/bacterial growth)

• LIVING ROOM: Large open floor plan, w/ seating to accommodate large families. Smart 55 inch TV with Xfinity cable + streaming.

• KITCHEN: Well-stocked w/ plenty of amenities needed to make home-cooked meals. Pots, pans, cookware, dishware, utensils, spices & basic staples. Electric outdoor/indoor grill. Coffee station, w/ coffee, tea, & sugar. Large island w/ seating for 4 open to the living & dinning room w/ large table & seating for 6.

• BEDROOMS: Smart TVs in every room with Xfinity cable + streaming. Bed-side touch lamps w/ USB charging ports. Plenty of drawer space in addition to closets. Full length mirror in the king & queen rooms. Desk/work space in king & bunk room.

• BATHROOMS: The main bathroom has a shower-tub combo. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, cotton balls & blow driers provided in both bathrooms.

• GAME ROOM: Air-conditioned w/ LED lights and ample sectional seating. Play a round of air hockey, shoot some hoops or enjoy hundreds of Classic NES Nintendo games. From cornhole, to darts, dominoes & more, there is plenty of fun to be had for kids & adults alike.

• LAUNDRY ROOM: Full laundry room w/ washer, dryer, detergent & basic cleaning supplies.

• LOCATION: Perfectly situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood within minutes of all the best Cape Coral has to offer. Near beaches, shops, parks, dining, there is plenty to see and do!

• SAFETY/SECURITY: There is a camera at the entrance of the home. This is the only camera on the property. A pool safety fence is available upon request.

• HOME RULES:
- No Unregistered Guests: (visitors are subject to prior approval)
- No Parties / Events (parties/events are strictly prohibited)
- No Loud Music (be mindful of neighbors)
- No Pets (unless pre-approved support)
- No Smoking (in home or screened lani)
- Report any damages immediately
- Primary Guest min. age: 25
- Quiet Hours: 9PM-9AM
- Max Occupancy: 10

* In order to adhere to local city and state regulations, occupancy is strictly monitored & enforced. Unapproved guests/visitors will result in cancellation of booking without a refund & subject to additional fees.

*We allow non-overnight visitors with prior approval between the hours 8am-11pm. Please be sure to advise and check with us first.

*The violation of any of the above rules may result in additional fees charged to guest, including but not limited to: damages, rule violation fees, noise complaint fines, excessive garbage/ cleaning services.

We have put a lot of love and thought into making Blue Haven as comfortable and inviting for our guests as possible. We are not a short term rental/vacation company. This is our personal, family vacation home and we happily oversee and attend to every detail ourselves. We love hosting and take pride in providing a positive, enjoyable stay for all our guests.
