Set on a canal with spectacular sunsets and a solar heated pool, this villa will leave you living in the lap of luxury. Featuring 4 bedrooms, sleeper sofa in the family room and 2.5 bathrooms, this villa boasts over 2400 sq ft with sleeping capabilities for 10! Allowing guests, the much-needed Southwest Florida vacation you deserve.
Opening the front doors, guests will feel immersed into another world with the open floor plan concept and warming tones. In the front sitting room, plenty of seating gives guests a place to relax and socialize while taking in the view of the pool through the sliding glass doors. In the back, guests will find the living room which features board games, a foosball table, and a Smart TV which is perfect for watching their favorite movie or TV Show. For guests who love to cook while socializing, Villa Sea Star has the kitchen of their dreams! This kitchen sits center of the house making it open to much of the house. This kitchen features all guests will need to make their favorite meals including lots of countertop space, a coffee maker, a toaster, and all the basic kitchen essentials.
In the bedrooms, guests will find plenty of space to relax and unwind. The 4 bedrooms features beds ranging from King to Queen, with one room also featuring a crib. For guests who need space to work, one room even features a workstation. Two of the four bedrooms features a TV for guests to enjoy right before bed. Guests will be blown away by the modern and luxurious bathrooms in Villa Sea Star. The guest bathroom offers a large walk-in shower and double sinks. In the master bathroom, guests will fall in love with the cute beach décor! Eyes will be immediately drawn to the large soaking tub with wave design painted on the outside. This tub sits right outside the walk-in shower which is decorated with a sand mosaic. This grand bathroom is completed with double sinks.
The true highlight of this home is the screened in lanai! This lanai features a large, heated pool perfect for swimming laps, floating around, or playing pool games. Plenty of outdoor furniture gives guests lots of options for where to relax and soak up the sun, or even enjoy a meal! Down by the dock, guests will find a patio where they can enjoy views of the canal, beautiful sunsets, and search for wildlife.
