Introducing the Good Vibe Villa, where tropical happiness awaits! This beautifully remodeled home features a breathtaking pool and hot tub, a game room, waterfront fire pit, stunning outdoor kitchen, and paddle boards for your use and enjoyment! The house is situated perfectly on a saltwater canal, just SECONDS from the river leading out to the Gulf of Mexico. This home boasts sailboat access with no bridges and a 30 foot mooring area on the dock.

Kitchen and Dining Area

The kitchen features a large breakfast bar with four barstools, stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen with a crockpot and ninja blender. The dining area features a large table with seating for six with views out to the pool and canal.

Living Room

The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, a large flatscreen TV, and two large sliding glass doors opening to the lanai.

Master Suite

The master suite features a king size bed, nightstands, dresser, flatscreen TV and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom features a standup tile shower and a single vanity sink.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom features a king size bed, nightstand, dresser, and a large closet.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom features of queen size bed, nightstand, a dresser, and a large closet.

Outside
Outside in the lanai area you will find plenty of outdoor seating, including an outdoor dining table with seating for six, a large outdoor kitchen with six barstools at the bar, and two Adirondack chairs by the pool. There are also two sun loungers in the pool on the sun ledge, plus a life-size game of connect four!

Electricity is metered. $6/day included. Overage charged at $2.53 per kWh. By booking, guest agrees to this policy.

The gorgeous pool area features a screened in cage to keep you protected from Florida bugs. The pool is heated and has a built-in hot tub as well as a sun ledge with two water loungers.

Down at the dock you will find four more Adirondack chairs surrounding the canal front fire pit. There is also two paddle boards for your use and enjoyment. The boatlift is not available for guests to use, but there is a large 30 foot mooring area available.

The garage features a stunning game room, complete with a pool table, air hockey table, shuffleboard table, and dartboard. There is also cornhole and life size connect four available under the lanai.

Neighborhood Description

This home features a prime location near all the action, just off of Del Prado Blvd. This home is just minutes from anything you could want including shopping, dining, parks, beaches and more. Horton Park and Boat ramp is 5 minutes away. Yacht Club beach is just 10 minutes away. Sanibel Island is just a short 20 minute drive. Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve trails are also just 5 minutes away.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

● Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in dumpster when leaving the complex
● Please clean up dishes and run dishwasher
● Turn off lights, close windows and lock the door on your way out.

POOL RULES
● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in other bodies of water. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest`s responsibility.
● No glass in the pool
● No running inside the pool area
● No diving
