Good location for a long term stay. Very convenient to many good restaurants and the Publix was just a block away. The property manager was very responsive to issues and questions. The house had nice space for a 2 bedroom. We really enjoyed the lanai and pool area. The pool heater worked well to make it comfortable in Jan/Feb. The reason we cannot give an 5 star review, however, was significant and needs to be considered. This property is one half of a duplex. The person is the other unit is related to the owner. It says in the description that the permanent tenant would not use the pool and lanai space while we were there but this was not the case. She frequently used the lanai space when we were out there. After she sat out in the lanai talking on speaker phone at high volume for over an hour while we were trying to relax by the pool we had to call the property manager. He said something to her but this lead to her walking around telling her dog how we made it so they can’t use the lanai area. Very passive aggressive. It made it very uncomfortable and was not a good way to wrap up a months stay.I would not have an issue renting from this property manager again but would not rent this unit again.
