The Space:
Stella Blu features the historic charm of Cape Charles while providing modern amenities! This elegant home is located less than a block from the beach, offers a porch and balcony to watch the boats come in over the harbor, and is just steps from all of the action downtown.

Upon entrance, you're welcomed by a beautiful foyer that draws you into the main living room. An open concept allows you to entertain between the living room, dining room, and the main event - the kitchen. If you are a cook, you will never want to leave this space! The downstairs is complete with a half bath, laundry room, and a large screened in back deck.

Upstairs on the second floor, a primary bedroom greets you with a luxurious king bed and a view of the harbor with so much natural light. A private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning taking in the sunrise, or invite your family up for a cocktail at sunset! The bathroom includes a claw-foot tub, large tiled shower, and two separate granite vanities. Two more bedrooms await, both with equally as comfortable queen beds and a charming jack-and-jill bathroom. The third floor is perfect for another couple or the kids! This bedroom includes two built in full beds, a queen bed, and a full bath. The kids will love having their own space to hang out!

The backyard is fully fenced in and is perfect for an evening of grilling and relaxing after a long day at the beach! The vacation of your dreams awaits at Stella Blu.

Guest Access:
We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. Chesapeake Properties by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: In the State of Virginia and in Northampton County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.

Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Chesapeake Properties by Portoro communicates via email and phone. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. Long weekend getaway

Perfect spot for a family getaway. Such a great location in the heart of Cape Charles. A few steps from the beach and shops. Very walkable, though we had fun exploring the town by golf cart as well!

Beautiful home full of charm.

This house was a perfect location and size for our group. So charming and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately there were a few things that I believe could make this place better and with the price point very high fees for the stay. The beautiful gourmet kitchen could use wine glasses, kitchen towels, more coffee mugs, baking sheets,and knives. Unfortunately we arrived and there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms after our long drive and night arrival and the manager left a bag with 3 rolls and 2 single trash bags only for the house. I feel for the price you are paying they should have those stocked for you. Ice maker doesn’t work either. Light bulbs were missing in fixtures and it felt as though the owners may not really care about their guests stay. Upstairs mattress was completely caved in but the property manager worked very hard and replaced it for us. Unfortunately the master sheet had a blood stain on it and that’s just a no go for guests. Our property manager was very friendly and her personality helped diffuse some frustration of losing a nights sleep and she replaced our sheet as well. It’s a great house for large groups and gatherings. It was a very special occasion for us as we were having a wedding for my daughter. The house was a good fit for us and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway

We came to Cape Charles to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. The house was fantastic and had plenty of room for 6 adults. Beautifully renovated and high end finishes throughout. We rented a golf cart from CC Ryders and highly recommend! We ate dinner at Hook @ Harvey, make your reservation early and you won’t be disappointed by the incredible food! Great time with dear friends in a perfect getaway right in a prime location.

Birthday Weekend in Cape Charles

I booked this property for my girlfriends 34th birthday weekend and invited some lifelong friends/family. The house is exactly as described, with an excellent location that is walking distance to all the spots in Cape Charles. The waterfront view is incredible at sunrise/sunset. Every aspect of the house was top notch. We hope to stay again.

This house is beautiful! We loved staying here for our Girls Weekend! The location is perfect - 1 block from the beach and 1 block from shopping. The kitchen and master suite are gorgeous! Loved the screened in porch. I would highly recommend this house.

I love everything about this house! The location was perfect - quick stroll to the beach and shops. Perfect for families - had everything we needed for our little one too, so hoping to stay there again and not lug all our extra stuff along! Amazing house! The amenities were perfect and allowed our family a much neede

The stay was great and the house was great. The location was easy to walk to town and the beach but busy with people throughout the day. The overall feel of people parking at the house and feel of that was interesting at times and the view from the front was less than expected and advertised. We weren’t able to even see the harbor due to parked work vehicles and crane along with the industrial site.
