„Great location. It’s an easy stroll to the beach and there is plenty to do with kids in the area aside from the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels provided by the host. The home itself has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. The outdoor spaces were lovely— whether watching the sunrise from the porch or floating in the pool. The host was helpful and very easy to work with. “

„We had plenty of space for our family, and Lori was quick to respond when the internet went out. (It came back.) The house is on the market so I assume some updates to the kitchen cabinets may be coming soon, but everything worked fine. Great view and beach access. Very relaxing, and my husband especially appreciated the elevator.“

„We had a wonderful time in Nautical Dream. The house was clean and renovated, kitchen is well stocked, the location is super. The house even had real piano which was a nice bonus.“

„Location, location, location! Couldn’t ask for more convenience to Sandbridge Beach. House itself was as described, could stand a deep clean but nothing that was a dealbreaker. Honestly the fact that the baseboards could use a paint job made me relax about having kids there. Loved the sizable kitchen and eating area and the upstairs was the perfect hang space for games/movies. Pool was fun when you needed a sand break. Communication with managers was top notch. We struggled with slow wifi and ...

„We really enjoyed staying at the Cape House. Unfortunately the weather was bad most of the days we were there so we spent a lot more time in the house then we had planned. It was cozy and welcoming. The beach was a close easy walk. I will say I was very surprised by how much traffic there was since it’s on the main road, you can hear cars driving by at all hours. There’s a few small stores/shops you can easily get to. The pool was nice and fenced in and the yard area is separate and fenced in ...

„Several damaged areas, checking in was difficult as keyless entry was not working so we had to pick up keys at RE office. Our family didn’t get to eat dinner until very late.We enjoyed our stay despite the issues.Dishwasher broke Ants on counter, we purchase productRE agent Kim was helpful/ sympathetic “

„Perfect for small space accommodation. The queen bed was very comfortable and I particularly liked the overhead fans and doors separating the kitchen/TV area from the bedroom. Location was close to the Beach and other areas of VA Beach. I definitely give this place 5 stars. “
